Welcome to the Lake Casitas Recreation Area online reservation request.
Lake Casitas Recreation Area accepts reservations for specific campsites. If you are familiar with Lake Casitas Recreation Area and know which campsite you desire, please enter it in specific site request on the form on the next page. If you are not familiar with the individual campsites, please review the campgrounds on our web site before sending a request. If the site you request is not available, a site in the same class will be assigned to you. If no site in the same class is available, your request will be denied. Reservation requests after business hours will be processed on the next business day.
If you would like to check availability or make a reservation by phone, you may do so by calling the reservation office at 805-649-1122 and a staff member will be glad to assist you. Business hours for the reservation office are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 3:00pm.
Reservations are accepted 180 days prior to your arrival date. If you request a reservation for a date before that, your request will be denied.
Full payment is due when making your reservation request. One vehicle is included with your reservation. Additional vehicles, boats or pets may be paid for upon arrival. You cannot pay for your reservation upon arrival at the park.
A non-refundable reservation fee in the amount of $7.50 is charged for each reservation. However, cancellations or modifications may be made in person, through the mail or over the phone up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. Modifications to reservations are subject to additional fees. Cancellations not made prior to the 72-hour period will be subject to forfeiture of some or all camping fees, depending on the date of cancellation. Without prior cancellation the entire camping fees paid will be forfeited.
Check in time is 2:00 p.m. Check out time is 12 noon. You may be able to occupy the campsite early if it is vacant. Weekends cannot be split up. If you are making a reservation which includes a Friday or Saturday night, both nights must be paid for. Holiday weekends require up to 4 nights’payment.
After your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation notice by e-mail. Upon receipt, please check your notice for accuracy and notify the reservation office of any changes.
This e-mail reservation service is not a request for information. By submitting the form on the following page, you are agreeing to immediately pay the fees stated in the user fees by credit card. Subsequent changes in your reservation are subject to cancellation or modification fees.
